Latex Foam production: In order to produce extremely soft latex foam, other additives such as oils and plasticisers are added at this stage to create a very fine bubble structure. Air is then beaten into the mixture to allow it to coagulate and the resulting product is heated so that it retains its shape. This process creates the distinctive “foamy” air-filled matrix structure of latex foam and this is the type of component we are proud to use that at the same time connived with other elements create the ultimate comfort surface.

For over 80 years since we open our first manufacture facility and started producing thousands of products we at Sleep Designs have developed a reputation for heaving the latest technology on our production lineup and this materials are being tested and implemented according to the properties and their use. All our products are design and manufacture with many materials according on they level of market cost but at Sleep Designs that does not represent and cutting corners on the construction and the amount of labor that the piece is being designed. Some of our materials include:

Memory Foam: Fully infused gel memory foam – directly under the designer fabrics – giving you superior comfort, support and temperature control.

Our memory foam has the property of faster speed of recovery after a weight is removed making the surface consistency more adaptable to body fluctuation of movement.

Combining our highest performance Pocketed Innersprings, we have created a line of products designed to cradle and support the body, of a restful, relaxing night’s sleep.

The ultra soft multi-stretch cover conforms to your bodies unique shape. Gel infused memory foam removes pressure points and improves breathability of the surface for a cooler night’s sleep.

All models feature our “COMBI:TBD” pocketed innerspring. With unique support for each of your bodies zones it cradles and supports you all through the night.

Some models also feature our “Softech:TBD” micro coil system. The micro coils offer the pressure relief of high performance foams, while also offering support. Innersprings have been shown to sleep up to 28% cooler, and are more resistant to impressions than solid foam construction.

Bonnell Innerspring

Heavy gauge, large diameter coil systems are designed for years of trouble free use. Designed in the late 1800’s the design has been heavily modified over the years. Modern Bonnell coils have an hourglass-shape, and provide a good balance of comfort and support. The tops of the coils are attached to the surrounding coils with a small wire spiral called helical lacing. This design works well to reduce motion transfer. This type of coil system does tend to wear quicker than other types of innerspring.
